What I collect
When you submit an enquiry through the contact form on this site, I collect the information you provide — your name, email address, and any details you share about your project or business.
If you visit the site, Framer (the platform this site is built on) may collect basic analytics data such as page views and general location data. I don't have access to personally identifiable information through this.
Your info is stored to respond to your enquiry, understand your project, and manage our working relationship if we decide to work together. If you opt in to email updates, your contact details may also be used to send occasional studio news, project work, or resources I think are relevant. You can unsubscribe at any time. I won't add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.
WHERE IT'S STORED & duration
Your information may be stored across the tools I use to run my practice — my email inbox, Notion, and any project management tools relevant to your project. These are standard business tools with their own privacy policies.
I don't sell your data, share it with third parties.
Enquiry information is kept for up to 12 months. Client project information is kept for up to 5 years for legal and accounting purposes. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.
Your Rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, request corrections, and request deletion. If you're based in the EU or UK, the same rights apply under GDPR.
